Yep, I thought I’d add a page to show the games I’ve worked on, so now you can find a games link at the top that will show you what games I’ve worked on and my responsibilities on them. It’s all part of this “online portfolio” thing, now all inclusive! Woo! Check it out.
After literally months of working with my web hosting company, I was finally able to access my site ftp again and make some MUCH needed updates and repairs. There were a lot of Internet Explorer related CSS bugs that I went through and cleansed, as well as some weird php errors that decided to crop up. I guess my site is being transfered to a new, updated server or something. Anywho, that’s taken care of.
In other news, I’m now in job flux with prospects in the reticle. I made a quick update to my reel and resume, but will hopefully have a much better, more updated reel to reflect the last 2.5 years at Stormfront. We’ve been working on The Spiderwick Chronicles video game due to come out in February, which will hopefully soon be reflected in my reel. I think it turned out pretty awesome and can’t wait for it to be released. I did all the character rigging for the game, which was a huge job, along with all modeler, texturing and animator support (writing over 70 tools and maintaining them), full production website design and more. Whew! It was hard but a blast!
Also, I’ve noticed some of my free rigs cropping up around in some demo reels, which is awesome! Thank you all for checking them out and giving them a test drive! I love seeing what a talented animator can do with my rigs and trust me, there is a lot of talent out there. Lets see, here are a couple: Issam Zejly did a great prancing animation with the giraffe rig. Santi Colomo had some fun chasing a dog with the cartoony truck rig. Check them out!
